Zero Hero Campaign

In its first three years, growing SC Alive at 25 meant increasing partnerships with law enforcement agencies, schools, parents and sponsors. Communication efforts shifted in year four, focusing on direct communication with the primary target audience --young drivers between the ages of 15 and 24.

The Zero Hero campaign came from SC Alive at 25's commitment to the goal of Zero traffic fatalities among 15 to 24-year-old drivers. Regardless of how impressive the reduction of teen deaths might be, the fact remains that 'one life lost is one too many.' Zero Hero's message is to remind teens of the rules to follow when they drive if they want to be Alive at 25.
